Keeping my fingers crossed!

Work, work, work that's all I get to do! DH will be headed out on the Harley for Yellowstone, so no trip in August. Daughter returning to the USA after 11 years in Scotland in September. Might squeeze a trip in the end of September first of October, keeping my fingers crossed!

Camping at Aux Auc park was very relaxing. The train comes by about 4 times a day, the tracks are across the river. Even had a family of geese visit.

St. Louis for the week

Traveling to St. Louis for work this week, Joplin next and finish up back in St. Louis. I love to travel!

April trip - where to go this month

Should we camp on Easter weekend or wait until the last weekend of the month. I think we should go on the Easter weekend 3 days of fun and good times at the camp. I would like to try the Aux Arc campground. Catfishing!

Lake Fort Smith or Clear Creek

Camping with the grand girls this weekend. Decisions, decisions- I think Lake Fort Smith wins.

Camping in March

Only 2 weekends to choose from this weekend or wait until the last weekend of the month. Not really sure where to go ??? Maybe just go close to home since it is only the weekend.

Headed to Murfreesboro to find the big diamond

Hopefully we will find a big diamond - since we can't seem to win the lottery. We will enjoy the challenge.

St. Louis for the week

Traveling to St. Louis to support the go live of the GI centers. Hopefully all will go smooth.

TGIF

Nothing planned for the upcoming weekend, just catching up on house duties. Sure wish we could be a the lake! Temps are expected to stay warmer than usual, makes it hard to stay home.

Trip to Winnona Wildlife Management Area

While at Lake Nimrod we went to the old stomping ground. We camped in this area for 20 years, I think they call it boondocking now. We had many wonderful weeks at this campsite. I really enjoy the late fall and early winter camping.

Relaxing weekend

Had a wonderful time at the lake, even though the weather would not cooperate. Overcast and chilly all weekend, so we just chilled by the fire. Mike and Denise came up for a visit and we had a wonderful visit and dinner.

One week until we go to Lake Nimrod, AR

We will be camping in less than a week, can't wait to sit by the fire and enjoy the view of the lake! There is just something about where the land, water and air meet that is so relaxing.

Camping in the driveway

The 5th wheel has been in the shop getting a few small repairs and the fireplace switch replaced. We finally have it back and wouldn't ya know it I am on call! Oh well, got try it out, so just camp in the driveway.
